VARIOUS SPECIFICATIONS: There are three different sizes – Small, Medium and Large which can fit different plants with different sizes. The small one is in the size of 2” and fits most T. ionantha and other Tillandsia in small size, such as T. brachycaulos and T.aeranthos ,etc. The Medium one of 2.5” fits T.concolor, T. streptophylla and most air plants in medium size. The large one in the size of 3” fits air plants in large size, such as T. fasciculata ,T.rothiii and T. Do you offer free sample to your customers ?
Yes, we do! We can send you one piece of free sample each style for those items you are interested in. But you should pay for the courier freight or just give us your courier account which is valid for us to send samples to you with Freight Collect .

What is your -minimum order quantity - MOQ ?
It's different from one item to the other . Please refer to the MOQ above its FOB Price right next to the product's image .

How can we place an order to you ?
You can send an order to us either by e-mail or by fax at your convenient time . Once we receive your order, we will get back to you with lead time and payment instructions . If we need futher informations from you, such as shipping marks or delivery address , we will e-mail you a request before finalizing the order for you to confirm .

How soon can you ship to us ?
It quite depends on the size of your order and how busy our factory is at the time when you place an order to us . It usually takes 60 days to 90 days to produce an order or even longer for extremely large orders. But we will let you know the lead time when you place an order to us .

How do you ship to us ?
It's up to your budget and how quickly you expect to receive your order. For small orders, we can ship either by air freight or by LCL Ocean which is not economical because customers have to pay for local handling charge other than freight . For big orders, we usually ship by FCL Ocean and customers don't need to pay more than the ocean freight .

What's your payment term and how we can pay you ?
For any order with the amount of $1200.00 or less , you should send us full payment while confirming an order with us . For any order with the amount of over $1200.00, you can send us 50% payment while confirming the order and pay the balance while shipping . You can pay us with Paypal or T/T for the mount of $1200.00 or less . But for the amount over $1200.00, you should pay us with T/T only . Detailed payment instructions will be given to you while confirming an order .

What should we do if we find something wrong or need help after placing an order to you ?
As soon as we start the production , we have very little flexibility of changing something. But please let us know by e-mail as early as possilbe . We will do what we can for you ,but it's not a guarantee .

How soon can we receive our order ?
It quite depends on how you want us to ship and where we ship to . If we ship your order by Air Freight , it may take only 2 or 3 days for your order to arrive at your assigned airport . If we ship your order by ocean , it may take more than one month for you to receive your order . We can give you more details about ETA after delivery .
